Viewing Employee Credentials

Managers can use EWS to view their employees' degrees and certificates which were added to their HR>Details>Employee Info>Certification tab. Also, Managers can export this information to an Excel spreadsheet.

To view an employee’s credential information, complete the following steps:

  1. Access the Staff Credentials form using Manager>Staff Credentials.
  2. Note: If you do not see the Manager>Staff Credentials option in EWS, you do not have Manager timesheet permissions specified for your employee ID in the HR Management module. For more information about Manager timesheet permissions, see Understanding Permissions.

  3. In the Staff field, select the name of the employee whose credentials you want to view.
  4. Review the employee’s credential information.
  5. If you want to export this information to a spreadsheet, click the Export menu. A File Download form opens and asks if you want to save this file. Click Save to save it to a specific location.
