Adding Events to Your Schedule

Reminder

Access this page using Personal>Scheduling.

Note: This page only displays if you or your manager specified reminders for events when adding events to your calendar.

Use this page to view and work with reminders.

Fields 

Subject: The system displays the event name or subject.

Due In: The system displays when the event was due.

Click Snooze to be reminded again in: Select a time from the drop-down list to specify when you want the reminder to display again.

Buttons 

Dismiss All: Click this button to dismiss all event reminders. The system will not display the event reminders again on the Reminder page.

Dismiss: Click this button if you want to dismiss a selected reminder. The reminder no longer displays on the Reminder page.

Snooze: Click this button if you want to be reminded about the event again in a specified amount of time after you specify the amount of time in the Click Snooze to be reminded again field.
